Booking Policy
• Kids 7 & over welcome
• If staying less than 7 nights $60 transfer water taxi fee applies per room.

Divers: $25 weekly reef fee to maintain dive buoys, hyperbaric chamber upkeep & reef preservation.
Tips are appreciated by staff (working on a team system) and collected and
distributed at end of your stay. Cash is preferred, generally ranging from
$100-$175 pp depending on length of stay and type of package activity
such as diving. There is no need to leave tips in the rooms or carry cash
throughout your week on site.
Individuals
• Deposit (Hotel, bungalow & two weeks two islands) 50%
down
• Final balance due in full 60 days prior to arrival date
Groups (Six or more individuals)
• Deposit: Initial request made in writing
by travel company or business owner for 30 day hold and first right of
refusal - After hold period $500/pp due to secure space
• Final balance due in full 60
days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged as received by the resort
• No-shows or premature departures, no refund
Individuals
• 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund
• 31-89 days prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited
• 30 days or less from arrival date, no refund
Groups
• 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund
• 46-89 days prior to arrival date deposit is forfeited
• 45 days or less from arrival date, no refund
